This project involved transforming an old drive into a stylish, low-maintenance resin bound driveway for a retired homeowner in Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Project Overview
Our client, a retired homeowner, was looking for a driveway that would look great all year round and require minimal upkeep. We recommended a resin bound surface in the contemporary Stella blend—its smooth, durable finish provides the ideal combination of practicality and kerb appeal.
To soften the design and provide subtle structure, we added minimalist planting beds filled with hardy, low-maintenance shrubs and grasses set into white decorative gravel.
Integrated spike lights create a welcoming atmosphere in the evenings and highlight the clean lines of the new driveway after dark.
The finished driveway not only complements the home’s exterior but also delivers exactly what the client wanted: an easy-care, modern space that will continue to look immaculate for years to come.
