When you are investing so much into a project of this size you want to feel that it is money well spent and that you have the best people on board. We put this project off for quite some time because of previous bad experiences with work in the past.
We did our research and whilst we considered other companies we kept coming back to CG Paving. 
From the first phone call with Claire (who is super friendly) we felt in safe hands. Calum  did a site visit and had a genuine  interest in making our garden a place to be proud of. He listened and offered advice when asked for but didn’t try and talk is into anything we didn’t want. 
We received an itemised estimate that was broken down for us to see exactly what each element cost and given an approximate start date which they stuck to. 
Calum’s attention  to detail is unbelievable. He doesn’t settle for anything less than the best and his team know that and deliver. All credit to Michael and Peter and Jordan was our dedicated Project Manager. Other team members were there for some of the time but I didn’t get their names (sorry lads!). 
Great communication throughout, we were kept informed and everything was explained to us whenever we asked. Claire rang each week to check in and ask if we were happy with everything. 
There were some quite challenging aspects to the project but these were discussed with us after being thought through carefully. Options were explained in detail with reasoning behind each one so we could make informed choices. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond at times. The team worked so hard in awful weather conditions some days and we felt as if they were treating it as if they were doing their own garden, such was the level of care they took. The whole project took 4 weeks and after the lads had left we actually missed having them around which we never thought we would say about a team of contractors. 
We now have a new driveway that all our neighbours have commented positively on (one also commented on the quality of workmanship and said that it was a ‘proper job’ - he is in civil engineering so knows a thing or two). We also have a stunning back garden that we can’t wait to add to with planting etc. It is beautiful and we keep going outside to look at it!

Calum came out to quote for our driveway and really took the time to work with us on the design, making changes so it looked exactly how we wanted while still fitting our budget – something another company we contacted didn’t do at all. He was honest, helpful and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.

From the initial booking through to the work being carried out, the office staff were really professional and well organised, keeping us informed and making the whole process smooth and easy.

He managed to fit us in through a cancellation so the work could be done before Christmas, which we really appreciated. As the job was a resin driveway, he kept a close eye on the weather, kept us updated throughout, and came back as soon as conditions allowed to make sure it was finished properly rather than rushing it.

Calum and his team were quick, friendly and genuinely great to deal with. They worked hard, kept everything tidy and were always happy to answer any questions we had. From the first phone call to the office and I have been very happy with the service. Callum came to do a site survey and discussed what I wanted to be done. I was given a day in mid January for the job to start but got a call asking if I would like it to be done earlier as they had completed some other jobs early. Callum then returned to clarify what I wanted to be done and the date was agreed.
They turned up prompt on time on day one and it was all excavated and all rubble taken away.
Day two and Callum’s team turned up while still dark at 7.45 prompt and started to prepare for the job ahead. Fast forward to day four and the job was almost complete.
Day five and the final touches done and job completed.
I cant thank the guys at CG paving enough they have done an outstanding job.
I was also given a phone number from Callum to have some gates fitted to finsh the job off and they all worked together to make this happen.
I would highly recommend CG paving for any landscaping job, very professional
